Boost Energy Shot Station Failure to deliver product or refund Irvine California
Boost Energy Station offered a "franchise" where they would sell Energy Shot Stations (vending machines) and provide an area for competition protection.
I contacted them and qgreed to purchase 2 units. I was assured they were available for immediate delivery.
I sent them a wire tranfer for the full amount of the purchase.
After 3 moths of excuses which ranged from "training program development being behind" to Glitches in the product themselves, Chris Wyland (company principal) suggested I get a full refund for the purchase price.
Another 2 months went by and no refund was ever sent.
It is incresingly difficult to get a hold of anybody in the company other than the answering service girl who is quick to explain that she is "unaware of any such case" and that all the actual employees of the company are always out.
I have left multiple messages and sent multiple emails and have received no repply.
This company offers a product which does not exist and after you send them the payment, they will send you nothing and will cut communications with you.
All I want is the refund I was promissed.
