i didn' t receive an e-mail informing me that my account information was changed or a phone call i know that it may be an inside job, because how would the thief know that i changed my password unless someone on the inside gave it to him over the phone, pretending to be a customer to boost mobile representative and the rep just released any information not realizing that all the information was incorrect in the computer and still changed the information back to what this impastor , yes a total stranger wanted , now how foul was that from a very loyal customer, how am i supposed to trust a company with my money if anyone is going to have access to my account . thank you very much in advance for your help.

how am i supposed to trust a company with my money if anyone is going to have access to my account .
- No not just anybody has access to your account. Only people that have ALL of your personal information. If you are saying that you do not know who would do this then perhaps Boost is the least of your concerns. Because changing your account information just seems like an inconvienience, unless they did more that you did not mention.
But they can do REAL damage by opening up credit cards or other lines of credit in your name. So if you haven't done so already you need to go file an Identity Theft Report with your local Police Department. Then you need to contact the Credit Reporting Agencies and have an Extended Fraud alert placed on your credit report. This will force creditors to do additional verification that it is in fact you before they open additional lines of credit.
Now, this won't change existing accounts so if this person has your information they could still do things with any of your current accounts.
As for it being an "inside" job..really are you that important that they decided to pick on you? For what reason? But if it was truly an "inside" job why would they need all of your information in the first place?
