phone does not work-has not updated emails since 1/25. they will not let me return phone b/c phone is 40 days old and they have a 30 day return window.

I want to return phone, upgrade, and pay the difference. But I am past the 30 day window.

And when you finally talk to a person, they're robotic and rude.

Customer Care...and I use that term loosely because THEY DONT CARE...told me I could take my phone back because it was within 30 days.  I take the phone to the store, and the OWNER tells me THEY have a 14 day policy.  I asked where is the policy? I never saw any policy and certainly was not told by any sales person of this policy.  He said its clearly posted on the wall.  Really?  I had to have a worker point it out to me because I looked for a good 5 minutes on the walls and saw nothing. 

Guess where it was.  Next to the business license, that looked like part of the license, in small type that you could not read and really far from where you sit while doing business!!  He, the owner, tells me he does not go by what Customer Care says... THEY KEEP PASSING THE BUCK back and forth.  I got ripped off of over $320 and I have stopped payment with their leasing company!!!  Lets see who jumps now. 

I also told them I AM NOT AUTHORIZING ANY DEDUCTIONS FROM MY ACCOUNT FROM THEIR COMPANY!  I'll be at my bank tomorrow to try and recoup the $174 that isnt even credited on the receipt....a receipt that i never received until 30 DAYS LATER.  No paperwork from the finance company either!  Its like buying a Corvette and walking out with a Suburban!  No receipt because they dont want you to see how you just got royally ripped off!!  Scumbags....thugs and thieves.
