These people are complete idiots. My two-month old Samsung Galaxy S II died due to a defective charging port. I called Boost. The rep told me they would send me a new phone, then I could send in the defective one. He estimated it would take the or four days to receive the phone.

After five days, and no phone, I called back and was told quote: "Oh, we can't send you a phone. We don't have any phones." Now, Boost has a huge promotion going on right now--get a free Android, or 100.00 off a phone when you sign up with Boost and buy your phone online. Which is what I did, in August. I asked what they were sending to customers... empty boxes? Two tin cans and a complimentary string? 

I was told I would have to contact Samsung, since Boost HAS NO PHONES. I did, got the DNA, sent the phone back to Samsung per their instructions, and sent an email to Boost through their website to complain about their horrible customer service. Also, I requested credit for my payment, as I was no longer going to use them, and they had just billed me.

Thus began my receipt of a host of emails from various Boost "people" and my replies, which always said the same thing:No, I don't have an alternate number, stop billing me, credit my account, read my emails, and leave me alone.

Each night I get home and find yet another email from Boost...always saying the same (yawn) thing... give us an alternate number because for some reason we can't reach you on your Boost number, we don't have any PHONES, blah blah, blah.

Holy cell phones, Boostman! I can't get them to A) Read my emails, B) Realize I no longer want their services, since I've told them to cancel it, and C) stop emailing me!!!

Man, oh, man. Do yourself a favor and go with anyone BUT Boost Mobile. Worst customer DIS-service experience EVER, and trust me, this ain't my first rodeo.
