I ordered a pair of UGG boots on November 20th 2008 from Bootsabc.com My order was confirmed, payment taken, and boots apparently despatched by Yuang Ling Zen, the supplier in China. As yet, no package has arrived in the UK and I am getting no assistance from either the online shop or the supplier as to where these boots are. It is now 70 days later.

Please beware that if you do not complain to PAYPAL within 45 days, you cannot claim your money back! This is despite the fact that when the PAYPAL confirmation e-mail appears, they ask you to try to resolve any dispute with the supplier, which of course delays the entire process.

Bootsabc are a scam. Buyer beware!

Bootsabc I had placed an order for Ugg boots on December 6th, 2009. I was given a tracking number but no other follow up. The tracking number was fake, and I never received my order. The site is shut down. Internet
