 Enclosed are all my correspondences with Boss Capital in the order they were sent. Currently there is $35, 267.94 they are holding hostage.

I was then promised a phone call from a Corp. fund manager who would turn this into over $65K and I would be able to transfer my retirement funds back to my opersonal accoount. Didn't happen.

 

I STILL  haven’t heard from anyone….

Someone NEEDS to CALL ME!!!!!

Attention Melody, 

Thank you for answering my call today. I am very concerned about my money in Boss Capital and the promises that were never kept. From the first of Aug. a person by the name of Matthew Cole called and pressured me into putting money into my account so he could give me trades that would double my account balance by end of month.

 

Cameron never called back and Matthew took over and high pressured me into putting my retirement money into my Boss Capital account, He promised that any and all money would be guaranteed and I would not lose a penny, on the contrary He would turn my account into OVER $60-$75,000 BY the end of the month Sept.  So I put over $25,000 into my account as I believed him, as he kept pressuring me to do it. 

He also showed me the following list of successful trades that he said he did.

Red Flag…I received a deposit acknowledgment of the $10,000 I deposited, but could not get into my account…

Thank you for clarification that the account is not frozen for any withdrawals because of the risk free trades…till it meets a 30x or $150K balance. Very important for me to know that. If you feel that I am not up to your standard of clients, and do not want to trade with me, I will understand. Please know that I do not miss trust you in any way, I just need to know everything up front. Red Flag… I was promised that the money I put in I could definitely take back out by end of month PLUS, to put back into my retirement account.  I CANNOT TRANSFER MY FUNDS FROM THEI ACCOUNT. It is like they have it frozen…I Was PROMISED. This is TOTAL FRAUD!

Yes you will get your money back and then some by end of month. There is no problem with transferring funds back to your personal account.

I just made the $10K deposit into my Boss Account. It is not showing on my account …Please advise… as to how long  it take to show up?

Should I be concerned about the last $5,000? That was placed into a trade for USD / CAD that is due to expire 30/09/14:00 it is not in the money…?????

I know there was a lot of negative activity in the market at the end of last week. Is this going to effect this trade? Is there anything we need to do about it? As you are aware this is a guaranteed trade.

 

Please let me know when the money shows up in the account.

Sorry about not being able to make the deposit on Friday as I did not have it in my account as I lost my real estate closing (where the money was going to come from) I spent all day Friday trying to keep it together, but lost it at the end of day. It was a BIG loss for me. 

Hence I will have to physically go to another bank this am to withdraw from my IRA (retirement) account in order to fund the money. The banks do not open till after 8:00 AM.

Red flag … trades not doing well, notified him but just said to be patient. They ended not being successful… but was still told I could get my money transferred in my retirement acct. at end of month to replace my retirement funds, I had deposited back to my personal retirement account.

Ok but want you to know that there are 3 out of the 4 trades that are not in the money as you say in the trading industry. So with you being out of the office so much just wanted to make sure you are aware of what is going on with the trades that you did with my account, keeping an eye on it in your absence. As you are aware I cannot afford to lose this so I am relieved to know that these are guaranteed trades, but not happy with the way they are going, I have not heard from you in a while so I feel it is time we talk. 

Look forward to speaking with you on Tuesday. It will have to be very early in my morning as I have to be at work by 8:00 Mt. so please call me by 6:00 or 7:00 am MT. so we have time to speak, or give me your number where I can reach you. Thanks and have a good weekend.

I thought you said you were working on my account? What happened? You know I cannot afford to lose any of this money.

You need to make this right with me as you said these are guaranteed trades.

YOU NEED TO CALL ME AS YOU PROMISED!!!! OF HAVE YOUR SUPERVISOR CALL ME, OR THE BOSS CAPITAL MANAGER. I NEED TO TALK WITH SOMEONE A.S.A.P.

It is just after 4:00 am here in the US MT. I have been up all night worrying about the trades that was placed on my account and not long good for end of day.

 This is the first I have heard from you. I never received a call or a message from you. Thank you for the e-mail reply.

I have this awful habit of believing people, so when you said you were going to call on Tuesday, I believed you.

Why can’t I call you? What is the BIG secret about calling, you have all my information (& all my money) but I have nothing of yours except for this e-mail. This make it feel like there is something to hide. Because you did not call when you promised you would & have not answered my emails( I have a very sick inside feeling that you are ignoring me, or maybe I am just not a big enough client to waste your time with)  the only other way I can make any contact at all is through the support. I am just trying to save what little money I have left for retirement.

TODAY IS THE DAY! & there is over $20,000 out in  long term trades of $5,000. Each. Which I have been watching and telling you that 3 out of the 4 ARE NOT IN THE MONEY due to expire today!!! Because you are soooooo busy & probably do not have the time to watch them I was trying to alert you ahead of time so you may be able to do something about them, so as not to lose this money, for both you, me and Boss Capital.

I am relieved to hear everything is handled and you are still building my portfolio. (That’s why they are guaranteed profits). & that you are having meetings regarding my portfolio the whole time (I realize you don't update each client about your meeting every time) so I am counting on you as you said, you are handling my portfolio.

When I deposited the money I took from our retirement account & as you are aware I have to replace that money by end of month before the statement comes in and my husband sees it. I NEED to get at least $20,000 back into our retirement account.

You said there would be no problem. Well, the time has comes I will have that and more to transfer to my personal retirement account.

 Please advise as to how this is going to happen.
I NEED to hear from you.

I have a doctor’s appointment at 8:40 AM MT with a heart Doctor, to get the results of my test I took last week. So do not call between 8:40 and 10:00AM MT. If there is a number I can call to reach you. I can call after I get out of the DR.s

RED FLAG………….he was very rude even in the e-mails… very un-professional! Does not represent Boss Capital as good front person, makes them look like a scam and fraud.

I was told ALL this was guaranteed so I would be able to get my original deposit back ($25,500+++ )within the next week. I need to get this money back into my retirement account, as they promised.
