bowker trucking /richard bowker bowker trucking, leased to ba roberts ,richard bowker Fired me for no reason just because i wanted to work , then kept money from my check on purpose to pocket my hard earned money.N fort myers, Florida

I was recently hired by this so called trucking company in north fort myers,florida (Bowker trucking ) who is leased to ba roberts in central florida .. so i was hired on by richard bowker he runs broken glass from sarasota to jacksonville then back to orlando and back to sarasota running you around scales to avoid over weight tickets, and being shut down by dot for bad tires on equiptment ... He fired me because he would only give me 4 days the first week then 2 days the next week so i called ba roberts and asked if they could work me till richard bowker figures out what was wrong with my truck (because it gets junk fuel milage )  Lt who is a dispatcher there said shure but you have to drive to sarasota every day .. when richard herd about this he fired me (NO REASON) then he kept $65.00 out of my check for a drug test that ba roberts paid for pre employment drug screen .. bowker said you didnt keep your job for 90 days so we decided to take it from you !! This is illegal !! (richard bowker ) is a thief  he will use you to save him money by working on his trucks not paying what is owed ! finding excuses to steal your hard earned money, then makes up crap to fire you and he also payed me on a 1099 as a sub contractor (illegal) i dont own that crap truck nor did i pay out of poket for fuel or any expence for any of it this making me a employee not a sub contractor. be careful do not work for this guy you will be over hours every day on your log book.. no pay , he will treat you like sh* if you dont fix his junk trucks , all of witch will not dot !!
