I also was ripped off by these misleading scammers.   I paid 112.00 for 57.50 ticket, and I bought 5!   The scam went like this:  they have brialliantly named themselves Box Office Ticket Sales.  This is how every venue answers the phone.  I was led to believe they were the actual venue.  As I'm looking at the seating chart on line showing available seating, I was told those seats are no longer available and through high pressure  and rudeness they push the seats they control on you stating these seats are the best available at any price. Later I found better seating the week of the show!  They took my credit card info charged me double and took my personal information.  Then they contacted the venue representing themselves as me and purchased the tickets at the actual venue price with my information and stuck the purchase on a Visa gift card.  I confirmed this with the box office manager accidentally when she told me she sold me the tickets herself as I was the only one to buy 5 VIP seats in a row.  She had talked to me personally.  But I had purchased my tickets from a gentleman.  It couldn't have been me!  They send you the gift card telling you it has your personel info encoded (for your security)and I'll need that to get my tickets.  I know from past shows, you have to show ID, confirmation # and the card used to purchase the tickets at the box office to collect your tickets. I did cancel the transaction with my credit card and filed a dispute.  I could have scammed the scammers and went to the show for free as I had the actuall gift card they were purchased on, but did not collect the tickets and stayed honest. Months later they are still trying to get the money from me and I never went to the show or collected the tickets.  Stay away from these guys!
