I bought 3 tickets for The Book of Mormon yesterday and I called back just a few hours after I purchased online because I realized that the date wasn't going to work for us. They said that it was a final sale and that they couldn't cancel it anymore and that I could just sell them. When I checked Ticketmaster, I was very very surprised to see that their price is way way cheaper than them. They are also charging lesser service fees. On top of that, they are also charging a hefty amount for delivery as opposed to free from Ticketmaster. This website is a total rip off!! This is the breakdown of their charges versus Ticketmaster.
Ticketmaster VS. Box-office tickets POR32 Row2
Tickets: $55 vs $84
Service fee: $23.52 vs $14.25
Delivery: $29.95 vs free (via e tickets, mobile, print at home)
I could have saved me $137.26!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

I just realized that the amount that I got ripped off is even higher than my initial calculation. The currency thatbthey charged me was in U.S. Dollars as opposed to the cheaper Ticketmaster which was in Canadian Dollars. So, my total loss was actually $187.33USD. That could have bought me 3 more tickets. That's double the price!!
