Public Fraud Alert:

Siskiyou County Supervisor Brandon Criss's wife Kerry is a liar and a con artist who swindled me and my wife out of our life savings.

Through theft and deception, Kerry stole $110,00 in cash from us.  

I want everyone to know what she did so that no innocent person is destroyed ever again by Kerry.

Kerry sold us her Toy Shop in Mt. Shasta called Geppetto's Toy Shop.  Kerry misrepresented the financial condition of the store.

Kerry falsified the financial statements of the store to make it look like the store was profitable, when in fact it was going bankrupt.

When Kerry Ingraham-Criss sold us the business, she claimed that the shop earned $30,000 per year. 

We paid Kerry Ingraham-Criss nearly $110,000 for the store.   After we bought the business, we discovered that the store didn't earn a dime.

Just to give you one small example of the sale that can be quickly explained: In the store's financial statements, Kerry claimed that the store's physical fixtures alone were worth over $20,000.  When we sold the store, we received less than $1,000 for the physical features.


We lost everything we had in life, thanks to Kerry Ingraham-Criss.
