And they are telling us it can take upto 6 months to get the refund of a ticket that never used. DONT USE THEM . THER ARE BIG TIME FRAUD.

We offer flights from over 400 traditional and low cost airlines and all flights purchased through our website (www.bravofly.com) are valid travel documents worldwide and we are sorry that you may think the contrary.
Moreover, when claiming for a refund on a ticket, whether an airline offers a refund for a cancellation and the amount of it depends both on the airline and the type of ticket purchased as rules vary greatly. This also applies to the time taken to process the refund as until the airline has approved the refund we are unable to do so ourselves with the client.
