Lent Bret $7,000.00 to start ZNET REALTY on Sept !2, 2012. No intest, 1yr. due on Sept 12, 2013, as long as I didn't need the money. He called in Feb. of 2013 for a EMERGENCY loan of $500.00 (kids phone bill). I had an unexpected tax bill in Mar. and asked when we could settle up, he said yes I have a $20,000 deal coming thru, never happened. In Aug. he asked to make payments and I said No, I need it now. Well he paid me $500.00 late Sept. I told him no that I need it now. He made 2 more payments of $500.00 each of which were 2-3 weeks late. In Nov. I told him no more payments, and he said he had a couple closings in Dec, 2013 and would pay in full. I haven't heard from him since!! Facebook was used to embarress him but no use, he has no morals.
