Brian Jason Earnhardt which was the once owner of the successful business Earnhardt Restoration & Roofing has started a Training Website on the internet called NRCG. This means National Roofing Certification Group and offers an expensive solution to your basic roofing knowledge needs and fake certifications. This seemed to be legit until I did some investigation. Please consider the following details before you decide to do any business with this "less than honest" Jason Earnhardt.
Earnhardt Restoration & Roofing is no longer in business due to 3 numerous fingerprinting episodes that landed 4 former employees in jail on similar however unrelated charges. These are the same people who built his empire but the desire to not pay his employees (3 of them were Military Veterans) caused a whirlwind of fake police allegations. Every contractor and/or employee has all been fired and/or sued and now he's charging top dollar to teach others how to run a profitable business.
Texas Farm Bureau is currently suing Jason Earnhardt and his criminal enterprise "Earnhardt Commercial Construction INC" for fraud. It didn't take long to point the blame on everyone but himself once again and the recently released public deposition shows how cheating an insurance company is not in a companies best interest. Please review that attached link for me information about this business owner and his band of criminals who blindly run his operation. The homeowner "Judith Swithkow" who used Earnhardt's services actually committed suicide after months of harassing attempts to collect insurance money from her went sour.
Mr. Earnhardt currently has 5 separate court cases pending in North Texas regarding Theft, Organized Crime, Money Laundering, Fraud and Forgery. I'm not sure if there will be enough evidence to connect him to the assisted suicide of Mrs. Switchkow but I certainly would not recommend doing any business with this gentleman. Please note that you have been warned and all the information on Brian Jason Earnhardt is available in Collin County and Dallas County Records.
