bRICKHOUSE SECURITY , BRICKHOUSESECURITY.COM Advertised a product & charged $200 then shipped a look-alike product that does not have the advertised features and is different brand and 50 on amazon or ebay rip-off called customer service and while explaining what happened got tossed to hold no warning NEW YORK New York

Brickhouse Security advertised  this item as an in stock item  and charged me $200 bucks  advertising  this brickhousesecurity.com/product/black+little+titan+dvr+cam.do?from=Search&cx=0&query=black+little+titan+dvr+cam    that    says
. All video stores directly to a SD card and can be reviewed on any PC, monitor, or directly on the device itself using the built-in LCD screen

What I got from them today though    was a look alike camera   that sells for 40 to 60  bucks on ebay and amazon   yet can't set date/time   so useless for surveillance   and the "built in lcd screen  is not a video screen it's like a digital watch screen   this is what they sent me   amazon.com/Epic-Pov-Cameras-STC-EPICD1-Camera/dp/B005GRFTMQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1429834036&sr=8-1&keywords=epic+d1


As if the falsely advertised   product   versus what they shipped wasn't bad enough,     I called  customer service  and started talking to the guy  explaining what happened and two sentences in   I heard hold music  and nobody came back on phone.



What kind of rip off bad rude customer service is that   and fraud  too?


Seriously looked like   they charged me 200 buckes then took 50 went to Dicks sporting goods and bought  the look alike camera not the one listed  and then shipped it to me hoping I  would not notice.


Don't advertise a camera with a built in lcd screen to watch video on if the screen on the unit you ship is like a cheach digital watch screen  and even being a watch screen could not even set date/time to  timestamp the video   which is needed for surveillance video.

When your company sells to LEO  Security and Private Investigators one would expect you guys not to committ fraud like that
