briggs family fireplace repeatedly deny reimbersement on warrenty faulty pelletstove Internet

I am writing this last  and final report as I had purchased a pellet stove from Briggs Family Fireplace, and have had problems with it ever since. I expressed to Joe Briggs several times, and as well to other emloyees at this business that I was finally readyfor a complete refund of this obvious faulty system. Mr  briggs also had an Enviro representative here , who clearly witnessed the defect.On all occasions of visits to my home for service calls(approx. 10), my requests to honor replacement or reimbersment were denied. It has been 2 years now, nd I am trying to get rid of this thing once and for all, however I will continue to post these complaints(once per. month), until I grow tired or die!
