My complaint is not with the Dentist or Staff. My complaint is with the Coporation. Bare in mind that a lot of times Corporations hide behind their size to keep from doing the right thing. If you can't talk to someone of authority who is reasonable " what you gonna do " ?
On or about march 0f 2014 I visited the dentist at Brighnow Dental. During our discussion we talked about the aging of my teeth and what options I had. Somewhere in the conversation came up "SNAP ON SMILE ". In fact the Dentist said he wore his sometimes. ( kinda like a new covering for your teeth that comes out to clean them )
Great ! While pricey they were just what I needed. So I ordered them. All is well and good at that time.
They came in 30 days later and I went in to try them on. I couldn't close my mouth all the way. I couldn't eat with them. I had a bad lisp because the were protruding into my mouth on the bottom. Worse of all I looked like I had a mouth full of chicklets.
SO I took them back and the Dentist sent them back. Thirty more days and they came back. This time no change except the lab had cut big holes into the molers - thats right big holes, to make my mouth close. I tried them on and it was the same and I still had the lisp.
The dentist told me that maybe he should get me a refund. The lab for Snap On is in Lompoc Calif. and I use to live there so I told him to give me a day or so to call them and maybe explain the problems and they could fix it and I can keep the prosthectic teeth. I called and they basically told me to go away even when I explained that wasn't complaining, just trying to help them make them right. DEAD END.
So the Dentist applied for a refund on the card I had paid with. Months went by no refund. I kept calling and they kept saying that they were waiting on a refund from Snap On for lab fees. We all know what that it ....right. So as anyone would do I lost it and demanded they give me a refund. They turned me over to the Regional Supervisor. He checked into it and told me I would get a refund withing 15 to 20 days. Sure enough they got me a refund.......but kept $600.00. Thats for the lab fees :0)
I then called the Super again and he said he would check on that also. I told him I wanted my money back as his product was faulty. He ask if I would take a credit at the Dentist. I told him no I wanted a refund. And that ladies and Gentlemen is when he started not answering my calls or returning my message. Can you imagine buying cloths from Sears and they are faulty, then taking them back and they keep some of the money because that what it cost them. Unthinkable!
So, I am warning you about this Corporation, not this Dentist ( person ). They will not watch out for your best interest nor be fair with you. It is a $600.00 lesson I learned the hard way. Good Luck !
