I attended a seminar in October 2001 and purchased a reseller package for $99 a executive package $3000 (put money down and finaced the rest at $103.03 for 36 months) and a epenzio merchant account for 36 payments of $89.95.

I have cancelled all but the executive and as of today's date 4/12/2003 I have paid in a total of $3537.84. I have the Missouri Attorney General involed as well as just recently sent the information to the Utah Attorney General's office (that is where this company is located.)

At the seminar they show you how to do everything and explain it as a do it yourself program. With this in mind it should be something you can do by yourself, at this point in the seminar it really peaked my interest eventhough at the time I didn't own a computer.

At the seminar and via U S Mail they say you get a computer for free. (This is with approved credit only for the internet access.) Didn't qualify for the computer imagine that. Next step that I took after the seminar is to buy a computer.

Did that and guess what the software didn't work and I assumed maybe my computer didn't have the necessary stats that the book explained. My family had the intentions on building me a computer for christmas that year anyway and with that in mind.

I figured if I would have that kind of money rolling in soon, what would it hurt if I kept it so I continued paying all fees associated with these companies. I called to find out what companies would be taking money and when for financial planning of all my bills.

My family did not give me the computer til after christmas sometime. I tried once I did receive the computer to my amazement it didn't work still.

At this point I am very upset and call the company and they were no help except for explaining that I needed to purchase more software or something. I basically explain to them that finacially that isn't possible.

I then proceed to ask for a refund about February of 2002. At this time they tell me the only way I could get my money back is if I sell my materials to someone else. So I tell people about this stuff and I couldn't really explain and sell them the product if it doesn't work how they explain at the seminar.

So I send emails, letters and make phone calls and cancel with a $300 cancellation fee for the epenzio(merchant account). Was able to cancel everything else except the executive package. When I cancelled the reseller package and requested a refund via the website it informed me to send all reseller materials back.

I sent the CD, BOOK AND OTHER CD(QUESTIONS AND ANSWER). Also sent in Store Builder Kit. I never received the executive package (15 websites). I have tried and tried to close this situation with Bring It Home, Inc. and I keep getting the same response from Mr. Brad Crawford. I am sure others have had the same response, "I am sorry that (your name here) feels there is a problem with (whatever your problem is) that he/she purchased from (whatever company name they used) and we stand willing and able to help."

It seems to get them out of the blue for a while, but we need to stop them. I just don't understand how a company can legally get by with this as us consumers lose more and more money by companies like this.

All I want is to get my money back and warn other individuals out there that have been contacted by this and other companies. ANY HELP PLEASE POST SO ALL CAN SEE. THANKS

Need Help On That Proof Of Claim Form, Please...

AUTHOR: Janet O. - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 17, 2004

I am grateful for all who have worked on taking these ePenzio & affiliates scammers down & now there is that Proof of Claim form to fill out. I am having trouble with section 6 which states that it is an unsecured claim. I have to check off 'other' which is no problem, but I need to specify the applicable paragraph of 11 in the U.S.Constitution. Can someone help me out please?--as I've looked up the Constitution, under 507 and couldn't find what I needed. Thanks in advance! ~
