Broadway hotel John Toth landlord Lee Swanson owner Ripped me off Fargo North Dakota

I am writing this as a warning to everyone to avoid the blatant Injustice I suffered from John Toth. Landlord of Broadway hotel In fargo North Dakota. This person hired me to work repainting the apartments and Despite working 60 hrs a week I was ripped off badly and ended up homeless and had $100 bucks chucked In my fave for the work and pretty much made homeless which forced me to sell my personal posessions just to have clothing due to my work clothes being ruined and footwear. This person hires ppl off street and promises 9 bucks an hour and come payday You dont get paid or paid way less than what You worked for 60 hours. He was my landlord and On 3 occasions he has gotten drunk and threatened me with bodily harm. And The room I rented was full of bed bugs and sink full of s**t and piss from prior tenants before I moved In. It was the only place I could find at time. And He has Methamphetamine dealers and a marijuanna dealer he gave a front door security key to come In despite fact only tenants should have this. He Drinks everyday almost and fights and cusses people out and disrupts people who have to work for a living. He has a little posse of tenants who worship him because he gets them drunk and high and I for one hope he gets put In prison. Back to the subject he ripped me off and what he does Is write your hours down for the week and charges people money for things he portrays as gifts such as a hamburger or gatorade. "And Then he gets drunk and says your hours are wrong and you are trying to rip him off and You are lucky If you get half In pay of what your hours equal to. Then He just decides to chuck people on the street after he has his way and they get tired of his scamming. Half the rooms have no windows,bedbugs,faulty fuse box, drug dealers, and sorry drunks. There are 100 health violation codes In this place. I tried to complain to the Police but Because he Is a snitch They never say anything to him and I was told spend 2000 bucks to go to a small claim court which my  Issue was over 450 bucks and spending 2000 on that Is pretty much pointless. This person abuses his wife and elderly tenants or people who ask for a rent receipt or pay with a money order because he cant take a cut out of It. Worst part Is Lee Swanson Is The owner and yet I cannot send this guy a letter or make a complaint to his office because A lady named Betts Is pretty much covering up for John and Is the middle man for Lee and they act like They have no formal office to file a complaint and she pretty much only gives a f**k about rent and not people. Heck just see the place for yourself after 3 pm when he starts to drink and ask the locals who have experienced the same or worse than I. I dont care about making this a big deal as I have Since grown to hate Fargo and North Dakota In general and the lack of morals Not only from him but The Fargo Police department In general. But I write this As Dire warning to anyone who Is hard up for a place that you are better off sleeping under a bridge or pitching a tent In dead of winter than to associate with this total p***k and waste of a human life. I hope you get what Is coming to you John Toth. May Karma bite you In the a*s.   P.S> even got him on camera all drunk Attempting to Invade my space and try to start a fight and set me up with police. This Is one piece of s**t I have no respect or regards for. Dont be a fool like me. If you meet this guy Run like the devil from holy water If you value Your peace of mind.
