I am a licensed NJ realtor and a vendor for Broker Price Opinion. I completed several broker price opinion orders some dating back 7 months ago now. all were completed ontime and passed quality control and were accepted by broker price opinion. originally they claimed a 60 day turnaround time for payment. It has been over 180 days and i have not received a single payment from them for my completed services. DO NOT PROVIDE SERVICES FOR THIS COMPANY. they will not pay you. I am still due several hundreds of dollars and I have not received a single payment.

I too have been a victim of BrokerPriceOpinion.com/First Valuation. I didn’t appreciate completing the BPO assignments on time with no quality control issues and then not getting paid. How frustrating!
Fortunately, I have teamed up with REOPro Default Professionals and a debt collector to help those of us agents who have been burned by these fraudsters.
If you can provide me a spreadsheet of the orders you have completed and how much you are owed along with some type of proof that you were assigned the order. I can help you recover money owed to you.
