Brookline Managment ripoff trashy buildings and very unsafe Kentwood Michigan

Breton Court Apartments

My significant other and I found out we were pregnant last year Febuary so, we were in need of a bigger place to live and were not quit eready to buy a house.

After sometime looking around we decided to look at The Breton Court apartments. When we went to look at them the lady we spoke to showed us a really decent apartment. So we decided to sign up!

It was a really bad idea.

In the first couple of days we noticed that dumpsters are constantly overflowed and it has been that way ever since. When it was time to get new dumpsters they bought smaller ones, the things are tiny. Those were filled within the day.

In our apartment the cupboards in the kitchen are falling apart, the refrigerator leaks,the tile is coming off the floor, the pantry has funk on the wall that I have tried to scrub many times. In the living room the slider door is always blowing in cold air, I can't keep it warm in here and when it rains and the worms come out, the worms wil crawl in our living room through the bottom of the slider,so gross. In the bathroom, the faucets in the tub are broken, the vanity mirror is junk and is rusted and falling apart, the cupbard with the sink is crumbling away from water damage, the toilet leaks, the paint is chipping in the bathtub. In the bedrooms the closet doors are fallin off.

During the winter we had ants so bad that we couldn't put our feet on the floor without them crawling on us. They told us it would be two weeks before they could get anyone over to the apartment so we should just vacuum them up everyday!!!!!

It is also tottaly unsafe. There are constantly people smoking marijuana outside my door in the hall and right by my little baby's window in his bedroom. We have bummy people knocking oon our doors asking us for money all he time. Loud music is always being played in the middle of the night and nothing is done. There are always people fighting out in the parking lots. The cops are always here. The security guards never do anything about it.

In the laundry room only one waher and one dryer works. The floors are covered with dirt. There is Grafitti all over the walls.

I guess I could just go on for miles. We are so unhappy here and we are tottally being ripped off. These apartments cost way to much for what they are worth.
