Paid photoshoot almost over a year and no pictures sent back yet. Excuses every time and then he stops responding back.

Bruce Amoroso contacted me last year on 8/17/2013 asking to schedule a photoshoot with me. He asked me to email him and then text him to arrange a shoot. After several email exchanges, we agreed to work on Thurs Oct 24, 2013 at 2pm. Shoot went as planned and I signed paperwork afterwards, presumably a model release and contract to the agreement of the $200 payment and delivery of the photos to which Bruce verbally said he would email me but never did. I did not bother with this at the time since his Instagram made him look like a decent photography with all his photos.

A few months passed and I did not receive my photos but Bruce would comment on my Instagram every so often saying "Pics soon!" giving me hope that he was still working on them to that effect.

On April 8, 2014, I texted him "pics soon?" and no response. I followed up again on April 15 with still no response.

I texted him again on May 26th, very upset and he finally responded saying he only liked 1-2 photos and wanted to reshoot saying the lighting was too harsh that day. I responded saying that's fine but would like for him to communicate better and to let me know what dates worked for him, to which he didn't respond again.

I contacted him on May 29 again, this time asking for a refund, honesty and professionalism. He responded that he would send the ones he liked edited and would reshoot at no cost when he would be back on Long Island in August. A few months go by and I still have no received any pictures.

I contacted him on July 14th, 2014 regarding the pictures and the reshoot time/place since August was coming up, to which there was no response. I contacted him again the next day to which he replied finally that he would "upload them all in the next few days."

I contacted him on July 28th since "the next few days" had passed without any result and no response from him. I contact him again on July 29th, and he responds with "Heyyy gimme a little." I text him on August 16th, 2014, no response. I text him on August 17th, 2014, no response. I text him on August 20th, 2014 and all he says back is Heyyy" and still no response after I text him an entire list asking what's going on and when I can expect my pictures. To this day, still no pictures and his lack of response is highly unprofessional. I have found 3 other models who have been experiencing the exact same problem of not delivering pictures, as well as this website documenting his scam artist ways with testimonies in the comments section of other women who have been scammed:

He also has 3 complaints filed against him on the Better Business Bureau website, as well as one on this website from another client.
