This guy is a crook.
We provided structural engineering design services to Bruce for a commercial project's he was involved with. The design and permiting process associated with this project went smoothly and there were no issues regarding the services we provided.
When it came time to collect, Bruce did not pay. He started with excuses, such as his parents being sick but he'd take care of the bill shortly. Then he eventually just stopped answering all phone calls, and not responding to e-mail inquires, certified mail and voicemail messages. Go ahead and try to call the him, (503) 339-7252. He won't answer and I suspect he's just screening everything.
The kicker came when we tried to serve him for a small courts claim for the services we provided. The server literally saw him go into his apartment, which is also his office. When he knocked on the door Bruce did not answer or respond.
Anyways, if you hire this guy for Architectural Services don't be surprised if your job gets liened. If you provide services to him good luck in getting paid!
