this dealership runs advertising on the radio , and touts its self to be customer friendly, you buy a new vehicle and you have a problem, you automatically get the run around, you try in good faith to get an issue resolved , and they could care less after they sell you a car, I bought a 2012 toyota tacoma and 10 months later the battery just gives out, called them and they said that I would have to bring it in. Well that would be just great , if the damn thing would start. I told them this and they said to call Toyota road side assistance, but , they said there could be a 95.00 charge to bring my vehicle in. It is Toyota's problem , not mine, so I just went ahead and put a battery in my truck. Will never buy from this dealer again. This truck is the second new car that I purchased from them. This truck will be my last purchase from them. The other car I had bought from them earlier had a transmission issue, took it down to them and lo and behold they could not find the problem , I am a mechanic and fixed the issue myself, any mechanic with marginal experience could have fixed this. I will just , in the future , buy old cars and refurbish them myself, this is a whole lot cheaper, and when I'm done , I know that I have a dependable vehicle. Vehicles are just transportation , nothing more. I do not plan on taking every last dime that I make and putting it into this overpriced junk, that they consider to be so damn technologically advanced, and built with quality.
