What a scam. I tried Browser Buddy for my grandkids, in huge letters said 100% guaranteed refund if not pleased. Immediately the G-kids didn't like it, I uninstalled it and requested my promised refund (well within the time limit allowed). Ever since, I've been ignored. Not one reply. Maybe it isn't a lot of money to BB, but to one old woman living on a very limited income it is. Funny, they got my e-mails before asking for the refund-but not after?! I've e-mailed them several times in the past few weeks. Still no reply-Still no refund..Scammers!

only took abt 10 weeks and all these texts.
will never gain deal with sites who are afriad to post a customer care email address or other contact info. If they rely on a form, they expect to have problems.
what a headache. good riddance!

1st-It is authorized...when it is in my account it will be "issued".
2nd-it was not issued when i gave my info-i gave my info 4 times-2 here and 2 at ur site.
funny it took me saying im not going away for someone to notice it :-)

The customer was refunded once we were provided the specific order number so the card used could be credited. The initial complaint never included correct contact information as it was from a different email than that of the order.

second time site rejected info requested

I used the contact form on website - I hit SEND and it gives an error message
"Error in inserting database". This is second time-now what? Why are you people so afraid to give your contact info out-an email addy or a phone number this would be done and over with weeks ago. Sounds like a definite Caviet Emptor to me. I've also given the info here, twice. So, where's my refund?
Sonja Shafer....who is not 'going away' so you may as well get this over with. Gawd, is it worth all this for a business? $20.00 is a lot to me on a fixed income 9you tru living on 500.00 per month total income) but a busness?? when I have provided all info you asked for? wow...really? REALLY

According to BBB, they still have not responded to their inquiry.
What a worthless bunch of people. Need to hire someone who knows proper business practices.

Sunny - if you'll read the process on RipOffreport you cannot send email addresses through it so I have no way of contacting you directly to get your money back. Your email is not showing on the site.

As I requested in the last email, email your information (order number, DATE YOUR PAID, NAME ON CARD YOU USED) and we will refund the charge.

I have searched the sales records through the merchant provider and found no record of anyone purchasing named Sunny so perhaps it's under another card name.?

Again, we're trying to resolve this for you so please go to our site, email us your order information using the contact form and if you will leave a phone number we can call you as well.

there is none-i cant even find the form page now that I used before. never was an email addy on the site-each link I click goes to same page 'buy it'. if u will email me at (((redacted))) i will gladly give any/all info u need. btw, when one takes over a business they take the previous owners' headaches (me) with it, it doesn't absolve of responsability; which I am glad is being dealt with by new owners. will be expecting an email to reply to.

If you will contact us via email and provide the order number, date of purchase and your full name as billed on the credit card we will happily provide your refund. Your complaint did not have specific enough information for us to locate the record. As we noted in the initial response, the old owner from which you purchased the product did not give us all of the prior purchase records and was responsible for any email sent to the company as we did not acquire ownership until 7/24/12

my title was correct for my report on Buddy Browser but in my report I inadvertantly typed Browser Buddy.

It is NOT Browser Buddy (not kid specific) I am upset with, it is Buddy Browser (for kids).
