my cousin pre-paid for 4000 minutes, and i get 250 free per month. the company cannot
replace a broken battery/charger at their new orleans location. i sent money for a replacement
phone and was told to wait 15 to 30 days. on feb 14th they shut off my phone, for no
reason. the phone is my lifeline to the hospital. its paid for. every month my minutesdissappear.
i want media on this! they have my money, i want service, or a lawsuit
