Rented a truck from Budget Truck Rental in Foster City California, the employees were rude and unprofessional.
Returned truck and employeed lied to me about the charge on my bank account. He double charged me.
I had already paid him a $200 deposit on the truck, he then charged the truck fee and another $200 deposit even though I returned the truck. He overdrew my bank account causing charges. When I had the bank call,
the employee refused to talk to them and hung off several times on my bank and myself. I then called the
main number and they too refused to correct anything. My bank corrected it temporarily but I went two days
over the weekend with no money.
Do not rent from these idiots ever. Always rent from Uhaul. Uhaul always allows you to pay the difference and they would never charge behind your back
Also turn them into the Consumer Protection Bureau
