Country Imports Boasts there 98% Satifaction Record, But in March by the BBB Chart check it, There costumer down fall was 80% How is that possible? In fact Country Import has the Worst Record with the BBB check it!!!! Killer Motorsports is a little better 119 Costumer complaints!! Motorbuy.com is best with 22 complaints in the past  3 years buy the BBB Chart !! Fact is your buying a China Made POS!!!! And these Companies Are at there Mercy!!! of these #$%~@$% One person doing COMs what a joke!!!! No one and i mean No One answering the Phones !!! Check callem see if anyone answers !! And if they do they give you some SOB about how there the best !!! Ya right !!! I called!! No one!! Zip, Notta, Nothing!!! Point is i done even own one of these POSs, Thank god for that !!! And Parts ya right, Stand behind there products ? Not!!  Point is if you cant get a hold of someone to buy one of these things!!! Then how in the HE(( are you going to get issues solved ? Thats My Take on it  !! For what it's for what its worth, But please Check Track records Before you Buy!!! I Did BBB is a good place to Start!!!

This customer has purchased this rather large machine with us and under the terms of service that they have agreed to, they agreed to have a local shop provide assembly and ensure that
all wires and connections are completed by a professional establishment for their warranty to be validated. This person has not done so as well as they have used this machine for almost 2 months before filing a warranty claim. Usually in these cases customers have misused or have not
assembled the product correctly and thus they try to hold the dealer responsible however the warranty is a PARTS ONLY manufacturer's warranty. When they were told to have a certified mechanic validate the problems and file a claim at http://www.countyimports.com/warranty___parts_ so we could send the correct parts to them they no longer worked with us. This is more than a reasonable attempt to help them. Customer did not want to follow these steps nor follow the terms of agreement/ standard warranty. We as the dealer try our best to make sure that the manufacturer resolves all the issues that customers may have with the product they purchased. Please remember that any warranties implied on our website are strictly a manufacturers PARTS ONLY warranty. The manufacturer nor our company cover any costs relating to assembly and/or labor. Also remember that the units purchased on our website our sold to the consumers at wholesale warehouse pricing because you are skipping the dealers assembling, prep and testing fees. These steps are to be taken by the customer to ensure that the unit is running properly. Again the warranty is with the manufacturer, we did not make this unit. This would be the same as if you purchased any type of machine any where else; the warranty is always with the company that makes the machine not the dealer, wholesaler or retailer. Please take note that we do have 33 complaints in the past 3 years but have also had over 5000 customers in this time frame also. Our complaint rate is significantly lower then ANY of our online dealer competitors. We have also taken the time to respond to all the complaints being on this website or the BBB and have actually resolved all but a few of the complaints.
