In January 2015 I ordered a dedicated server from this company which advertises set up within 48 hours. The initial set up tool almost two weeks. The service is paid in advance for a 30 day period. Finally after the initial setup was completed I was actually able to use the service for two weeks and then was billed again even though I was not able to use th service for a full 30 days. After going back and forth I finally just paid the renewal so I could continue to use the service. After the renewal period was paid I used the server for a few days before it crashed.

They had to re-install a new server which only took almost 2 weeks, and then after using the server for a few more days it crashed again. On March 11, 2015 I put in a support ticket. The server is still not operational despite me being on chat with tch support almost daily since that time. I would be repetedly advised it would be fixed in a day or two and I would get a response from the support side. To no avail, i have not been able to use the service, and now I get no response either via the support chat system, nor by putting in a support ticket.

I would not recommend this company. They are a rip off. They have yet to rectify my issue and it has been almost two months.
