Burder Capital and its Managing Director Mr. Derek Edwards make offers for selling BG's and other financial services, then they ask a lot of specialties which makes lawyers necessary and you incur the lawyer's costs, finally contract is signed and afterwards Mr. Derek Edwards proofs to be BETTER THAN HOUDINI: he escapes from the world, emails not answered, calls not taken, office phone disconnescted  - so this is the lesson: NEVER do business with those non-performers, don't believe their signature - has NO VALUE at all!! Not only I have this experience, but three others too and we are in process to challenge this shamelful guy for damage compensation. Be warned: this guys is just a notorious time waster and a shame for the City.
