2. Missing the fireworks was nobody's fault but, your own. YOU had a choice to make, try to squeeze free food out of them for scraping your poor little toes or go see the fireworks.
3. Just what did you have in mind in regards to remorse? Begging for your forgiveness? Punish the door? Oh wait....it was a free cheeseburger.....
Maybe if you had cut your toes off, you would've gotten that free cheeseburger.....just saying.
I assume you would like to be contacted about this report to file suit, in which case I would suggest calling one of those televised court shows. That way this issue would get the proper attention it deserves :)
I would only hope that you talk like you write....SMH!

You are unhappy because the metal plate at the bottom of the door was damaged, and you cut two toes, by obviously kicking the door in some way, and your upset by this because you didn't get a free burger?
If you came into my restaurant, and your did a similar thing, you would be offered no more then first aid and an apology.
At least you got two plasters free, think yourself lucky.
