I received in the mail a letter stating that I was the winner of $3,9000,000.00.  The letter stated that I needed to review the information, sign the form, and return with $20.00 in the enclosed envelope.  The letter is addressed to Processing Department, 26 Railroad Ave., PMB 370, Babylon, NY 11702.  The letter looked extremely legit; however, when it stated that I needed to send twenty dollars along with the envelope, I knew this was a Scam.  I checked on the Internet and this is a well known Scam.
