A friend listed their cemetery plot with this company and has never heard from them since. I posed as a buyer and placed an offer on my friends listing to see if they would be notified, NOT! I was given a lame excuse that they never responded to my offer. SHAME on you!!!
This is no surprise, just looking at the website says it all, listed properties are hard to find, and most of the text on the webpages are full of misspelled words and poor grammar; not a legitimate business.
We are filing a complaint with the BBB too!!!

We are sorry to hear you that you feel your friend was not provided a service by our agency. If you submitted your inquiry about this property and provided a correct email address for a response our automated system would have sent you a list of all units available in the cemetery and notified your friend directly by email of the inquiry.
Our automated system is designed to note all activity involving inquiries directly to the data base file as well as create a file for the party who submitted the inquiry and notated that the emails were sent out. If you would please contact our office directly at 727-278-2015 we will be happy to provide a copy of the file showing proof of the emails.
You had also stated that we are not a licensed business and this is simply not true. We maintain all licenses required to act as a cemetery broker and provide a copy of our license on our web site.
As with most regulated business we take our customers satisfaction very serious and would prefer that consumers use agencies that are capable of assisting them, such as the Better Business Bureau. Visit their website www.bbb.org as they can actually help you settle issues, most cases in the consumers favor. Our rating with the Better Business Bureau is in good standing and we address all claims to provide our clients the best possible out come.
Agencies such as www.ripoffreport.com provide no resolution for the consumer or businesses they are having an issue with. The only recourse for businesses is to file legal actions to obtain subpoenas to gain the identity and information necessary to file actions against the consumer who filed the report. In some cases companies reserve the right to pursue litigation against a consumer for utilizing agencies such as this and other social networks for disclosing proprietary, slanderous or incorrect information to the general public. In the future please protect yourself from litigation by contacting the Better Business Bureau.
