Damaged my phone to reduced quote by more than $100! They stated that the phone has a cracked on the top right. then reduces my offer to $60 from $170. I almost cried because the only reason I traded in my phone (that was in great condition) was because I needed the money to take my sick puppy to the vet and i am not working now so I could not afford the medical bill. I would have never used this company other wise. I was in dispair and that is what these types of company look for, people with a need for a desperate reason. When I sent it, I sent a almost new phone in and when I got it back the etched out indents were on the top right and an almost identical indent on the bottom left. This was weird (note: every place I took the phone told me the damage was as a result of some techician tapering with the phone. One technician said the damage clearly was made when they were trying to remove parts from my phone! I was devistated! A source told me buybackworld. [continued below]....
