I bought refurbished elements TV from buy.com
Order ID:58393053
This TV comes with missing pieces-it just came with Base TV and the stand. No screws to attach the stand with the TV, no remote control, no power cord, no manual, no RCA cables at all.
Worst part is - I have spent almost 1.5 hours dealing with buy.com customer support and they gave me advice to contact manufacturer directly. Buy.com is washing their hands from this responsibility and shifting the blame to the manufacturer.
When i called the manufacturer at this no. 1-888-935-8880 during normal business hours-i need to leave a VM. Moreover there is no response from the customer support website "elementTV@hisense-usa.com". You are very much on your own-if you buy this product. Be ready to go to home depot to buy matching screws, go to RCA for power cord and the universal remote and google on internet for manual. My worst e-commerce experience.
