Unpacked and hooked up to find a dead pixel . I called and emailed buy squad to get this fixed or replaced or some money back. Im very easy to deal with and didn't wanna cause any problems. I also run some online companies and things always happen! But I know the customer service should always be number one! I know if I would have bought this from best buy that it would have been taken care of! I have the email proofs that I had emailed buysquad and never received a response! BEWARE of companies like buysquad that love to take your money but fail to provide a service unlike others!
buysquad if you wanna make this right then I suggest some funds returned or have someone come replace the screen , in till then I will continue to post reviews about your company! Trust me it will hurt you in the ln the long run!
