C V Cleaners owner told me that they have to send my Coat to Wilson Leather Suede cleaning specialists. That it will be ready to pick up after a week. When I got my coat back from dry cleaning store. My Coat has some kind of oily stains. and the leather of it looks very wringle. I told them that. And they said they have to resend it back to Wilson Leather Suede cleaning specialist. 

 Went to pick up my coat the second time. It look the same as the first time I picked up. Make my story short. I found out that they did not send my coat to Wilson Leather Suede cleaning specialist. They cleaned my jacket in thier store. I'm very very unhappy about it. This Coat is a  Burberry Limited Edition cost around $2000.00.
