Where to start what a joke..
This company starts off cold calling people of all kinds telling them they won a "prize" to claim which is 100% ALWAYS A TRIP (that "fees and taxes" are NOT INCLUDED).
I signed up foolishly and decided to CANCEL days later through email as i should find they have STILL TO THIS DAY not refunded me *2 months later".
The manager JANE is a complete nightmare to deal with. She refuses to give me a refund even after MY 10 DAY CALCELLATION PERIOD BY LAW.
2 montyhs later i still have no refund. They have got their corporate lawer involved to fight against me and i have to now claim the $5000 they have had since AUGUST,
STAY AWAY PLEASE THEY ARE CROOKS !!!!!!!

There was a miscommunication with this client from day one. We own that.
