May 3, 1999 I gave WORTHINGTON FORD my 1997 FORD ESCORT WAGON for a larger passenger car, as I am a caretaker for handicap people and the number of handicap people grew. I was taken to the office of the sales manager IKE DADABHOY who signed me to a sales manager IKE DADABHOY who had me sign a 5.5 year contract LEASE TO OWN a 1999 ford winstar basic car.

No roof rack, no power seats, no CD ot tape deck, air and heat. He explained the word RESIDUAL and said I would be making payments to someone who would be notifying me by mail. I got a letter and coupon books from Bank Of The West. As soon as I started my payments on the car with Bank Of The West doing the collecting and bookkeeping, the Bank of The West began sending me letters that "I am behind one payment" which I was not and am not to this day. I took Cal Worthinhton and Bank Of The West to small claims court in Victorville, Ca.

August 27, 2004. Commissioner Patrick Singer saw nothing wrong with Bank Of The West raising the payments to $454.35 with late charge $22.72 five{5} months into the patments. Now May 3, 2004 has passed I have until November 9, 2004 to turn in the car on Sierra Ave, in Fontana, Ca. give the people there $250.00; pay $.20 {cents}on the mileage, which was 15 mile to start May 3, 1999, pay for any and all damages in and on the car OR send BANK OF THE WEST IN WALNUT CREEK, Ca. $791.10 {for monthly payment and the supposedly missing payment since 1999} then $250.00 every month for FIVE{5} more years as I have been LEASING TO RENT from BANK OF THE WEST not LEASE TO OWN FROM Cal WORTHINGTON in LONG BEACH.CA, The COMMISSIONER said I signed the contract, B ank of THE WEST OWNS the contract. I signed at the desk at Worthington Ford not with the Bank of The West.

I just sent payments to them. I never signed a contract with them. WORTHINGTON FORD sold me out! The dirty rats could have used their own contract but NO they sold it to Bank Of the West. And with research, I found BANC OF WEST in FRANCE is the OWNER of all BANK Of THE WEST BANKS. Well, the COMMISSIONER told me the three choices I have-that I already knew-turn in the car with their demands. pay the payments as they demand OR pay the car off in full. Cal Worthington should be devoured by one of his dog SPOT live on camara so all us abused, deceived customers taken in by his reps and their policies can see Cal Worthington get his JUST DESERTS!!!
