Calderon Dental Quality of Service Vancouver Washington

I have been a patient of Dr. Calderon for several years and I am so thankful to have found her office!  She is the only dentist in her office, so I know when I need something taken care of I don't have to worry about who I am going to get each time I make an appointment. I've always been scared of dentists; however, Dr. Calderon is so gentle and takes time to help me understand any work I need done in my mouth.  I have never had a reason to be frightened.  

On Monday, June 1st, I broke a tooth eating cherries and was able to get right in to fix my tooth.  I had to wait about 1/2 hour, but they told me they were fitting me in between their existing patients and let me know I would likely have to wait. The assistant took an x-ray and Dr. fixed my tooth in no time, explaining that it looked worse that what it was and she was able to fix it with a two surface filling.  My insurance didn't pay for what they had estimated during my visit and I figured I would just have to pay that extra amount.  I called in to maka a payment and found out they had already appealed the claim on my behalf telling me the insurance did not reimburse for the x-ray that was needed for Dr. Calderon to determine the treatment needed.  In any other office, I would have just had to pay!  

Hopefully I don't have any more accidents; I can't say enough good things about Dr. Calderon and her entire team!
