I agree with you, something need to be done now!    Any body can make a false report and get away it. It's a multi-Billion dollar business.  Adult protect services tried to destroy my family.  When they could not destroy my family.  They force my mother to go to a payee company against her will.  The payee company is taking 37.00 out of her check every months.  These payee companies are making big money off the poor.  This is their latest scam

Did you get your information from a family member who is an ALCOHOLIC and DRUG Abuser, who has been admitted three times to a mental facility against her will, who has three public records on attempted suicide who has been ban by her grandchildren's father and mother from seeing her grandchildren for reasons of child abuse? The mother who has been disowned by her only daughter for reason of childhood abuse and who worked the truck stops as a prostitute?

By the way, the Utah case stemmed from a person who embezzled $67K from a business account that Ottis dropped charges against, and he refused to pay a loan note to this person because of the embezzlement.

However, in Utah a Loan Note is a security document which Ottis didn't know. So he paid the price of taking the law into his own hands. Did you know that he had two law firms and a licensed broker that provided the agreements and represent the loan? Did you know that the person who filed the charges against him in Utah was terminated and on February 7, 2008 just seven days after he settled the case? That the salt Lake Tribune printed a front page story reporting that the Utah Security Department came under investigation by the House of Representatives?

Did you know that Mr. Gunderson remains Ottis' friend and as a private investigator with 33 years as a retired FBI Special Agent he knows more about Ottis than you will ever know?

Did you know that a complete list of names and contact information remains on file to be used to pay every lender and person ever associated with his business? Ottis and his business have suffered gravely because of malicious people like you! But, he has never stopped working harder than anyone I have ever known. I have told him many times over the years that a lesser man would have quit years ago!
I know all of this and I know what a great and honorable person Ottis is. By the way Tochilo (adult?) site that you refer to was created for a Las Vegas gaming facility. So what? Do you have kids? Joseph Paul Ottis said he wanted to save the world, educate kids about the environment and global warming, and assist battered women, according to the Utah Securities Division. Utah's Diane Lind is convinced he ripped her off to the tune of about $90,000.

The division on Friday said it is seeking an order to force Ottis and his Globie International to stop offering investments and to pay a $125,000 fine. There is only one problem - it doesn't know where Ottis is.

Anyone with info on Ottis whereabouts please provide, for all to see. It's ironic that none of his false website have contact info or a phyical address so he can be tracked down. He won't even post his own pic. The one of the boy on this site is a stock photo you can find online and poor Ted Gunderson - Ottis puts his pick on the site and builds him up for a fantastic fall.

It's like he's supporting the exact opposite of what he claims.

Also it's noted that if you look to find if Ottis / Jackson's company is legit, you will most likely see where the charters are expired or recently made active in order to con others out of more money.

Due your diligence people and notify authories if you encounter Ottis and his team.

Sincerely concerned for others so they don't go through what myself and hundreds of others have with their money being taken and spent foolishly by Ottis. He has no financial history on the company as that would incriminate him, he has no connections in the industry because if he did he would not be contacint everyday people for minimal amounts of cash. He is broke and a conman through and through.

I know this man and his family. The story that was told is 100% true. Drug trafficing and porno is a major income for your government. Read "The Franklin Cover Up" by former Senator John De Camp. Washington DC politicians bought kids from Boys Town in NEbraska and flew them to DC using them for sex.

Connie Chong lost her show eye-2-eye for exposing military operations in America flying guns to third world countries and bringing back huge loads of drugs that were managed by government officials all of the way to Congress. The decorated US Marine was asasinated for taking the story to his commanders.

Where have you been. You like most American people have little knowledge on what you think you know.

So until you can present information to the public, keep your mouth shut, the public has enough false information as it is.

Look around at how people live. America used to be the greatest country on the planet. But as the laws of greed and power have always been, so has America fallen.

It sounds like your story is either made up fiction or something you dreamt up. Your story is inconsistent. Are you mad just because your lost your mommy??? Your mommy was a druggy. Do you honestly think that the U.S. Gov't will allow things to happen as you portrayed? If so, then how do you explain child porn and trafficking in other countries? People make mistakes. People created the system we live in. The system is run by the people. And, the system is imperfect. But, you know what? The system is significantly better than others nations' systems. So, stop making up stories, and get a life.

I know this person that is in this report and I can attest that the information is true. This report was written about my family.

Everything that is written is a fact. I have spent my entire life wondering why and how adults turn their heads to the suffering pleas of babies and young children crying for help.

I have tried to help where I have been able, but, the system is a monster that is hard to defeat. The media works hard at covering up the blunders and cruel treatment of children in America.

No city wants its citizens to know that there are hundreds of young children homeless and starving or being abused in a city that spends millions on government buildings, parks and expanded budgets.
