I worked for Mr Stratmen d/b/a California Power Systems as his broker representing the sale of his company.
Although, I have a signed contract outlining my responsibilities and commission, I was cheated out of my commission.
I introduced the buyer and negotiated the price and terms until closing when I was removed from transaction.
As a sole proprietor this has caused me great hardship and escalating legal bills.
As with all dishonest, people once the opportunity to screw me presented itself he did.
