Snyder and his outfit, World Class Luxury. Unfortunately, it was a week too
late. Suffice it to say, everything that the other posters have written about
Mr. Snyder is consistent with our experience. The "luxury world class
home" we were promised turned out to have no air conditioning, no working
televisions, no working refrigerator, no washer dryer, and a dead lawn. Worse,
after insisting a few days before we arrived that we wire $1,000 so that he
could have all of the food and liquor that he said would be purchased pre-paid,
we arrived and found that he had purchased nothing. It was such a disaster that
we left after one day, checked into a bunch of rooms at Dreams (we had small
children with us), and are now seeking a refund from Snyder. STAY AWAY FROM
THIS GUY! I would be happy to discuss the specifics with anyone who is
considering renting from Mr. Snyder (rss@worldclassluxury.com).  Report

there questioning Mr. Steins motive for posting a warning in TA about rental
from World Class Luxury. I appluad him for trying to warn other travelers of
World Class Luxury. I too have been ripped of by Stuart Synder
(rss@worldclassluxury) and have been chasing my money for two years without any
luck. He is as slick as lithium grease on a metal pipe. Not only did he not
deliver the "Villa" we rented but we were left high and dry during
the peak of spring break with my family and my firends family without
accommodations. Needless to say the entire trip was spent searching for
accommodations since we couldn't find anything for more than a couple days at a
time. By far the most expensive trip my family has ever taken because of this
guy and World Class Luxury. Stay completely away from WCL and Stuart Snyder. If
anyone knows his where abouts or address that I can serve him with legal action
I would love to be contacted as well.

original post regarding Stuart Snyder, I have received e-mails from numerous
other individuals who have been ripped off by Mr. Snyder. Apparently, he now
also goes by Richard Snyder -- presumably in an attempt to avoid people who google
"Stuart Snyder" from seeing these posts on TripAdvisor. His full name
is Richard Stuart Snyder (hence the e-mail address rss@worldclassluxury.com).
He also has renamed the property in advertisements online as Pedregal de Cabo
San Lucas -- again, presumably because googling "all is candy" turns
up these posts. And he has changed his website from world class luxury to
Caboluxuryvillas.net. Rest assured that Richard Snyder / Stuart Snyder knows
about the negative posts on TripAdvisor -- he was livid when he saw mine. I
invited him to respond to my post, but he never did.

scams in Cabo San Lucas. Do not, under any circumstances or temptations wire
money to rent a villa. I know this sounds a bit like...duh, but even the most
seasoned traveler can fall prey to these scam artist tricks. We were scammed by
Richard Snyder in October and specifically Villa Pedregal, aka Casa Mi Madre
aka All the Candy villa. If you'd like further information please contact me.

has not returned out deposit for Villa Pedregal. We are trying to find out what
recourse we have to recover the money. Maybe we can all band together a come up
with a plan.

as I'm sure you are! I hope you eventually get some form of restitution. That
said, how is one supposed to rent a villa or condo withOUT wiring money or sending
a check or using Paypal? Every rental I've ever done has required a deposit. In
fact, I'm getting ready to send 1/2 payment for two weeks rental of a condo for
NEXT January to an individual (I've rented w/them before, so will have no
problem). I've gotta believe that the vast majority of owners who rent their
properties in Cabo are honest and trustworthy.

why I'm so leary of villas - once heard from friends of friends who stayed in a
partially furnished "villa" over Christmas. Due to a malfunctioning
garage door opener, they spent most of Christmas day in the garage with their
children :( Of course, there are some really great villas and some very
reputable management companies but one has to be very very careful when booking
non-resort properties or privately owned homes. Glad you were able to salvage

that someone else has already raised concerns is a reason that others
shouldn't. In fact, what prompted me to post was the suggestion by others that
the other poster who had experiences similar to mine was simply a single
disgruntled customer or someone who had an abberent experience. When I review
this site for recommendations, the fact that there are similar criticisms from
different posters carries a lot of weight with me in terms of how I weigh

expecting to have such a great time. I know how hard it is to plan and orgainze

Yah  I would have not believed
it if it was not for my own eyes. I went to see him for an interview with
another Chinese woman and the whole time he staired at my chest and give me the
creep's because I am only 18 and he is like in his 60s and my baby and husband
was in the car waiting! Even the China girl rolled her eyes at him a few tymes.




He is realy weird I did not want to be in the same office for him. I never told
my spouse because he would do something, he a cop. If you are women you dont
want to work for this man, be careful i think he might touch you when she not
looking or not there maybe.
