SCAM - The company did not proform at all and double billed us. They were to call 1,000 contacts for a fee of $495. I was told by the reps that it woudl take 3 days to make all the calls. They did not make any calls for 4 days. On the 5th day while trying to talk with them to see the problem I noticed that they charged my credit card a second time with no authorization.
Day 1 - Sign up , Pay $495
Day 3 - They were supposed to have all calls done, but not one was made
Day 5 - I notice that we are double billed, and ask for one of the $495 charges to be returned. I was told it is an unusual accident and willbe fixed immediately.
Day 7 - They make under 100 calls and do not folllow up with reporting as promised.
Day 10 - I notice that 2nd charge is still not refunded and ask for complete refund and to stoip all services. They request meetinsg to "talk it over"
From here on all I get is missed meetings, excuses, no proformance, and no refunds.
Day 16 - Im writing this report, and sending to my attorney. Gave up on Call Pros Center.
