I had just moved in to Camden Vineyards. My townhouse was poorly renovated. There was holes in the wall that was badly patched up. The painting was done very crappy in all the rooms. My fridge and freezer were not working. There is cracks in my balcony closet and cracks in the foundataion. Also an infestation of rats, skunks, and insects. People don't pick up there dog crap which is so irritating. My washer and dryer were broken. Camden shouldn't be hiring these illegal day labors to fix up the property because it is illegal and they can't do simple maintenance work correctly. Also all my ceiling fan are wobbling. There was no screens in my window either!!! No one knows how to put their garbage in the trash compactor so they leave it outside the dumpsters which attracts skunks and roaches to my home. People are lazy and disgusting here. There was a loud party the first day I moved in and Courtesy patrol drove right passed it. [continued below]....
