I was called over the phone asking if I would like to sign up for a magazine subscription I said no and they kept talking finally I said yes. they said for signing up I would receive a beautiful diamond watch. At a low rate of 45$ a month for 18 months. After I agreed to it I hung up half hour later I tried to call back and cancel but the number said unassigned. I waited till I got my first paper work 15 days later and called the number on the paper the person said I had to call with in three days of agreeing and could not cancl it. I told her I couldn't get through on the number. she said send a copy of the phone bill showing I tried to call and she would cancel it. I told her it would not show on my bill because the call couldn't. Go through.

I talked to someone for the next five months to at least get my free gift everybody said they would have it sent immediatly it never came so I stopped paying. The next month they called and I told them I wanted it canceled they said they couldn't cancel a overdue account . I left it three months and put up with the multiple calls everyday. Finally I paid it up by check and sent a written letter with the payment requesting the account be closed because they failed to up hold their end of the agreement and send my gift....I'm back to the daily phone calls up to 12 calls a day....I am at a loss what to do now......they broke the agreement.....I never wanted it I get magazines every once in a while that I don't read.....
