Purchased bulk candy online from CandyWarehouse.com.  The merchandise received was all damaged, and not edible. One package of candy was open and had empty candy wrappers (unbelieveable...I know).  In contacting their customer service dept was a nightmare.  Rude and uninformed employees. They took no responsibility and told me I had to contact UPS. They would not help me, nor offer to send out a replacement as a courtesy. Our party was in 2 days and they left me stranded. Totally uncaring and uncooperative attitude.  For weeks on end, I was given the run-around and no assistance. I had to spend my time dealing with a claim with UPS...all the while, CandyWarehouse had my $60.  UPS at one point told me the company was responsible because the packaging was open and that was how they packaged the items. 

I called this company probably 15 times and every time I was given a different response.  UPS told me they would send refund check to CandyWarehouse and in checking with UPS today, the check indeed was mailed to CandyWarehouse.  Nevertheless, the company STILL has not refund my money $60.  I was told several times the refund is coming but it had to process.

Today I spoke to the manager, Terry, who was extremely rude and hostile. She said no refund was forthcoming because I should take it up with my credit card company.  Huh? 

The box received from CandyWarehouse was tampered with (opened and then resealed).  The individual packages of candy were also tampered with and damaged.  The candy was not good for human consumption.  I would not risk giving this candy to children because THE BOX WAS TAMPERED WITH -- opened and resealed.  

If you order from this company, pls understand you will receive no customser serivce whatsoever. There are many other companies online reputable that sell bulk candy. You will have problems/issues with CandyWarehouse.  Sadly, the company took my $60 and then got additional reimbursement from UPS.  I have NO product and was stuck with no candy for our party due to their negligence.
