I ordered a canvas picture from this company on October 11, 2009. I didn't receive the item and started to attempt to track it on November 1, 2009. I was told the item hasn't been shipped and went to production on October 17. Patt Handleman, the email responder, said he would check with production to see what the issue was. Patt got back to me on November 3 and said the picture was not square and would need a border. I questioned what other options we had and Patt responded saying he looked into it and found that the specifications of our order are right what they should be so he'll check back with production again and get back to me. That happened on November 5. I haven't received an answer to date (today is December 1) as to where my item is. I don't get any reply from Patt until I ask for an update and again he just says he's checking with production. I was patient up until November 28 and I requested an answer from production. I let Patt know that I hadn't heard from him in the last 8 days and I received a rude response asking me if I was aware a holiday occurred within the last 8 days. I explained that this item has been ordered for almost 2 months and I've been waiting for an answer about his checking with production for much longer than 8 days. Sufficient time has been given to get a response. I requested a call from his supervisor twice and that request has not been fulfilled. They have a number to call on the signature line of their email responses but you don't have the option to speak to someone - you can only leave a message. My card has been charged for this item and no product has been delivered. I cannot get a straight answer to where my item is nor can I get decent customer service. Rather, I get the runaround and rude responses from Patt Handleman.
