Cape Coral Eye Center Avoid this company! They are only worried about the money and not the customer. North Fort Myers, Florida

I went to Cape Coral Eye Center to see about removing Pinguecula from my eyes that I had been having problems with and were not getting better after using prescription eye drops. I seen Dr. Burr and she agreed that I needed to get it removed, but that she wanted to refer me to a specialist to get it done. Dr. Burr called back after the appointment to say she wanted me to come in again and have Dr. Tyson from there office look at my eyes and see if he could take care of it instead of referring me to another office. I said yes, and she transferred me to the scheduler to make the appointment and I was confirming that I wasn't going to get charged for another office visit. The scheduler said more than likely I would have to pay for another office visit. I told her let me think about it and I will call back. I waited a couple of weeks and decided to call again because I probably just talked to someone that didn't understand that I was already looked at, but I was seen by a doctor that wasn't qualified to perform the procedure and that should not be my problem because when I scheduled the appointment I told them what it was for. So, when I called again, I was put on hold for she could check and see if I would actually be charged again for another appointment if I was to come and have Dr. Tyson look at my eyes and determine IF he could do surgery to remove them from my eyes. I was told for a second time that I would have to pay for another office visit after explaining the situation very clearly. I have now made an appointment with another doctors office and will never go her again.
