WARNING False Toll Charge Scam!
I just recieved a falsified claim for a toll that was actually paid while traveling on Route 95 in New York State.
NOTE: These false claims are from a private company, and not any government entity.
Don't pay them anything.
If they continue to harrass you, file a Court action under the consumer protection laws in your state.
Capital Beltway Express LLC PO Box 28148 NY, NY 10087, and Transurban (USA) Operations Inc. PO Box 23530, Alexandria, VA 22304 are both "Corporations" that can in fact be held liable for fraudulent practices under the consumer protection laws.
DON'T PAY THEM ANYTHING! File Suit aganst them in court, and let them pay their expensive attorneys in responce to their attempt to scam you out of your money.
