Fortunately, this RipOff Report is not only easily disputed but proven false. Both the SEC and Real Estate Commission take swift and definitive action should ANY one of those accusations be proven to be true!

The short and the long of it, is simply, that I have been a licensed professional since 1994 with nary a complaint. I have attached the link for both the Department of Business and Professional Regulations which will connect to My Florida License.com to verify there are no such pending, existing or past violations that were falsely stated in the report. Also attached please find the link to the SEC.gov where by clicking on the enforcement tab and then Litigation Releases can also prove the allegations made about SEC violations are completely false.

It is a sad commentary on the current state of affairs, when a disgruntled or disappointed customer that does not meet purchasing criteria, sees fit to basically shoot the messenger. Sellers/Principals and/or the lenders basically dictate prospects viability to purchase a business opportunity. I/we do not create these terms and conditions but must adhere to them. The cowardly become brave when one does not have to have enough conviction to pen their name to an allegation …false or otherwise!
